    Families explore the school’s published classes and request an available free trial or join a waiting list.

  2. Review the pupil and offer a place

    Staff check identity and relationships, record the trial outcome and review the remaining-term quote before publishing an offer.

  3. Complete the welcome steps

    The designated parent reviews the offer, submits care details and makes individual school-consent choices.

  4. Confirm and get ready for class

    Staff check the completed welcome details and confirm enrolment into the existing timetable and register.

Can my school use Centra Studio now?

Studio is in private preview. Book a Studio demo so we can walk through the working features, confirm what your school needs and discuss access and setup.

Can parents and teachers use it on their phones?

The existing parent and teacher web portals can be used in a phone browser. We are developing a dedicated mobile-app design; it is not yet available to download from an app store.

Can I charge for each class and calculate pro-rata fees?

You can set per-class rates and review fees for the remaining scheduled lessons. Studio keeps family billing records and reviewed place-offer quotes. Live payment collection is not enabled in the current private preview.

Does the school shop support home delivery?

The shop preview supports published uniform and merchandise catalogues, size and colour choices, and collection or UK home-delivery estimates where the school enables them. Parent ordering and payments are not yet open.

Can we bring our existing pupils across?

Studio includes a pupil-import review process. We’ll discuss your existing records and family relationships during setup so the school can check them before use.
