Email support@centrahq.co.uk. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which organisation you were in at the time. A screenshot usually saves a round trip.
We answer during UK business hours, Monday to Friday. We aim to reply within one working day.
Most questions are answered in the in-app help. Sign in to Centra and choose Help from the account menu — there is a page for each area of the product.
If something is broken, include what you did, what you expected, and what happened — as well as the date and time, and roughly how many people it affects.
If it affects your customers rather than just you, say so at the top and we will treat it accordingly.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Centra, email support@centrahq.co.uk with “Security” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within one working day.
Do not test against another organisation's data, and do not access data that is not yours.
To request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, email support@centrahq.co.uk. See our privacy policy for what we hold and your rights.
If you are a contact in someone else's Centra account rather than a customer of ours, please contact the business that holds your data — we process it on their instructions and cannot act without them.
Problems connecting Zoom, Microsoft, Xero or QuickBooks: check the Apps page in Centra first, which shows the state of each connection and who set it up. If a connection shows as expired, reconnecting from that page usually resolves it.
For Zoom specifically, see the Zoom integration guide at /docs/zoom.
